If you live in the county and need to register for garbage collection service, please contact Amwaste at (334) 625-1700 or customercare@amwaste.net. The base rate is $48.90 per quarter for one cart per Residential or Commercial Unit. Pick-up is done weekly.

Saturday Clean-Up Days

To better serve our citizens, the Montgomery County Commission is partnering with Martin Environmental Services to host Montgomery County Clean-Up Days. On the last Saturday of each month citizens can take advantage of FREE garbage collection sites throughout Montgomery County.

The Montgomery County Commission is offering this FREE Service as an added benefit for our citizens!

Please note this service is available to Montgomery County Residents ONLY.

Dumping trash on the collection site properties between collection dates is not allowed and a $500 "No Dumping" fee will be imposed to those who do not follow the rules.
