Montgomery County Parks and Recreation offers a variety of athletic programs for adults year-round. Our adult athletic programs are offered to adults of all ages and are designed to create a competitive but enjoyable league in a structured environment.

Montgomery County is offering a FREE Adult Co-Ed Flag Football League this fall.
