MONTGOMERY, Ala. (Oct. 1, 2025) – The Montgomery County Commission has announced the East Satellite Probate Office, located at 5449 Atlanta Hwy, Montgomery, AL 36109, will close effective October 17th, 2025.

Residents who have relied on the East Office for probate-related services are encouraged to visit one of Montgomery County’s other offices:
