Montgomery County Announces Closure of East Satellite Revenue Office

MONTGOMERY, Ala. (Sept. 24, 2025) – The Montgomery County Commission has announced the East Satellite Revenue Office, located at 5449 Atlanta Hwy, Montgomery, AL 36109, will close effective at noon on Thursday, September 25, 2025.
Residents who have relied on the East Office for revenue-related transactions are encouraged to visit one of Montgomery County’s other conveniently located offices:
South Satellite Revenue Office:

The Revenue Commissioner handles the mapping, appraising, assessing and collection of property taxes in Montgomery County. The Revenue Commissioner is also responsible for granting exemptions from taxes and collecting and disbursing taxes. Revenue-related resources are available at https://montgomery.capturecama.com.
