District 4 includes the following neighborhoods: Boylston, Brookview, Centennial Hill, Charles Town, Chisholm, Cottage Hills, Flatwood, Gibbs Village, Highland Village, Inner City, Madison Park, Maxwell Heights, Montgomery East North of Wares Ferry, portion of Mitylene, New Town, Northgate, Northpass, Open Acres, Park Manor, Patterson Court, Pumpkin Town, Sheridan Heights, Trenholm Court, Tulane Court and Western Hills.
Biographical Sketch
Jiles Williams, Jr., was initially elected to the Montgomery County Commission in November 2000 and was re-elected in 2004. He is married to the former Alzada Arrington. They have four children, Kimberly Williams, Sharon Rawls, Cynthia Williams, and Derrick Williams, and four grandchildren. Mr. Williams retired from the Alabama Senate and has served as pastor of New Providence Baptist Church in Montgomery for 33 years.
