Juvenile Prosecution Unit
The Juvenile Division of the Montgomery County District Attorney’s Office prosecutes all juvenile felonies and misdemeanors for Montgomery County. Juvenile DDAs review, issue and prosecute cases such as traffic matters, rapes, vehicular manslaughters and homicide if committed by a juvenile. They all work with an incredible team spirit to tirelessly handle the volume of cases that move rapidly through the Juvenile Courts.
