Letter to Merchants:

A letter addressed to the merchants of Montgomery County has been released by Ellen Books, District Attorney 15th Judicial Circuit of Alabama. The letter states that "As of October 24, 2011, it will be against the law to possess, distribute, or sell any synthetic cannabinoid product listed in the Order and violators will be arrested". Please click here to view the letter in its entirety.
