Pike Road Investments, LLC sold one lot to Fred & Kathryn Simpson, December 22, 2009 for $38,500; Lot #45 Lucas Point (The Waters).  

Loni Cone, III sold one lot to John Anthony, December 18, 2009 for $215,000 at 2146 Rosemont Drive.

Lockwood Development sold one lot to Jeri Hart, November 12, 2009 for $52,500 at 2446 Gunster Road.

Gilford Gilder, III sold 6.95+/- acres with 185.5’ of frontage on Vaughn Road to Eng Land Development, LLC, November 12, 2009 for $28,977 per acre.      

Commercial Vacant Land:  

Montgomery East, Inc. sold 19,466 sqft with 109.54’ of frontage on the Eastern Boulevard, North of Lagoon Business Loop, November 5, 2009 to Robert Gardner, Jr. for $2.67/sqft.
 
EastChase Plaza, LLC sold 43,560 sqft of vacant land, May 20, 2010 to D. Bruce Irwin, MC for $16.00/sqft for improvement with an American Family Care facility.
