PROPERTY VALUATION APPEALS 
2011 Property Valuation Notices Mailed:  June 30, 2011

2011 Property Valuation Formal Appeal Period:  June 30, 2011 to July 30, 2011

All appeals post marked after July 30, 2011 will be reviewed for tax year 2012.

2011 Board of Equalization concluded hearings:  August 30, 2011



The Montgomery County Revenue Commissioner's Office accepts property valuation appeals all throughout the year.  As of today's date, the Montgomery County Revenue Commissioner's Appraisal Department is currently working on tax year 2012 (taxes due October 1, 2012 and delinquent December 31, 2012).

2012 Formal Appeal (30-days from the date of the mailing of the 2012 Valuation Notices) dates will be published late-Spring or early-Summer, 2012.
