  The Montgomery County Public Affairs Dept. directs the County's communications programs and increases awareness and understanding of governmental activities and policies to corporate and private residents, civic organizations, the media, county officials and employees. The department creates and implements communications and public awareness campaigns targeted to a variety of audiences.  We also provide print and Web-based news and publications, media and public relations services, event and special project management, design services,  internal communications, and photography.

County Commission 

 

County Commission meetings are open to the public and are held the 1st and 3rd Monday of each month, unless it falls on a holiday. In those instances, the meeting will be held the following day. 
The Information Session begins at 8:00 a.m.  in the Commissioners' Conference Room, with the Formal Session at 9:30 a.m., in the Commissioners' Court. Any information not covered in the 8:00 a.m. Information Session, will continue after the Formal Session adjourns.
Meetings are held on the 1st floor, 101 S. Lawrence Street, Annex III.
